The Thule VeloCompact 4th Bike Adaptor will increase the capacity of your VeloCompact 927 to 4 bikes. This adaptor fits all bikes and wheels sizes and has a maximum load capacity for the 4th bike of 15kg

Unfortunately, this cycle carrier isn't suitable for electric bikes.
